lait avec la vanille et le beurre.<br \/><br \/><\/li>\n<li>Pendant ce temps, m\u00e9langer la farine, le sucre puis incorporer les \u0153ufs d&rsquo;un seul coup, verser ensuite le lait bouillant. <br \/><br \/><\/li>\n<li>M\u00e9langer doucement afin d&rsquo;obtenir une p\u00e2te fluide comme une p\u00e2te \u00e0 cr\u00eapes, laisser refroidir, puis ajouter le rhum.<em> ( Pour cette premi\u00e8re fois, je n&rsquo;avais pas de Rhum sous la main, j&rsquo;ai donc remplac\u00e9 par de l&rsquo;alcool de poires )<\/em> .<br \/>Placer au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur une heure. <br \/><br \/><\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 thermostat 10 (270\u00b0C) avec la t\u00f4le sur laquelle cuiront les cannel\u00e9s. <br \/><br \/><\/li>\n<li>Verser la p\u00e2te bien refroidie dans les moules bien beurr\u00e9s, en ne les remplissant qu&rsquo;\u00e0 moiti\u00e9 ; rapidement, disposer les cannel\u00e9s sur la t\u00f4le du four chaud pendant 5 minutes, puis baisser le thermostat \u00e0 6 (180\u00b0C) et continuer la cuisson pendant 1 heure : le cannel\u00e9 doit avoir une cro\u00fbte brune et un int\u00e9rieur bien moelleux. <br \/><br \/><\/li>\n<li>\n<div class=\"bu_cuisine_pourfinir_title\"><strong>Pour finir<\/strong><\/div>\nSi ce sont des moules en cuivre, les d\u00e9mouler chauds mais si ce sont des moules en silicone d\u00e9mouler froid (cela \u00e9vite qu&rsquo;ils se d\u00e9forment).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section
