cuisson&#8230;<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c9tapes de la recette<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mettez dans la cuve de votre robot, les ingr\u00e9dients \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante : le lait, le sucre, le sel, les 2 \u0153ufs entiers et m\u00e9langez au fouet pendant quelques minutes jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;obtention d&rsquo;un m\u00e9lange mousseux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajoutez la fleur d&rsquo;oranger et versez la farine et commencez \u00e0 p\u00e9trir avec le crochet du robot<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajoutez la levure fra\u00eeche \u00e9miett\u00e9e et p\u00e9trissez de nouveau \u00e0 petite vitesse pendant 6\/7 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Augmentez la vitesse de p\u00e9trissage pendant 5 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajoutez le beurre \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante coup\u00e9 en morceaux et poursuivez le p\u00e9trissage 8 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9collez la p\u00e2te des parois du bol et laissez la lever au moins 1 h<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9gazez la p\u00e2te en chassant l&rsquo;air avec vos doigts et mettez votre boule de p\u00e2te sur le plan de travail<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Coupez votre p\u00e2te en 3 morceaux dans le sens de la longueur et faites une tresse<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mettez la tresse dans un moule \u00e0 cake et laissez de nouveau lever 45 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dorez la brioche avec un \u0153uf battu et un peu de lait. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfournez la brioche pendant 25 \/ 30 minutes \u00e0 180\u00b0 ( sans chaleur tournante ), laissez refroidir et d\u00e9gustez !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
