Verser le vin blanc et l&rsquo;oignon hach\u00e9 sur le foie gras.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Saler et poivrer l\u00e9g\u00e8rement. Faire chauffer \u00e0 feu moyen et laisser mariner pendant au moins 2 heures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9goutter le foie gras et r\u00e9server le jus de marinade.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dans une po\u00eale chaude, faire chauffer un peu d&rsquo;huile et ajouter les gousses d&rsquo;ail hach\u00e9es.
