Pr\u00e9parer les l\u00e9gumes :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00c9p\u00e9piner et couper les poivrons en lani\u00e8res.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9monder les tomates (les plonger dans l\u2019eau bouillante 30s puis peler) et les couper en d\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9mincer les oignons et hacher l\u2019ail.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si vous utilisez du jambon, le couper en petits morceaux.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Dorer le poulet :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dans une cocotte ou une sauteuse, faire chauffer l\u2019huile d\u2019olive \u00e0 feu moyen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Faire dorer les morceaux de poulet <strong>5 min de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9<\/strong> jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils soient bien color\u00e9s. Les r\u00e9server.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Faire revenir les l\u00e9gumes :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dans la m\u00eame cocotte, faire revenir les oignons et l\u2019ail <strong>3 min<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajouter les poivrons et le jambon, laisser cuire <strong>5 min<\/strong> en remuant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorporer les tomates, le piment d\u2019Espelette, le bouquet garni, saler et poivrer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Mouiller et mijoter :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Verser le vin blanc (ou le bouillon) et laisser r\u00e9duire <strong>2 min<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remettre le poulet dans la cocotte, enfouir les morceaux dans la sauce.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Couvrir et laisser mijoter <strong>\u00e0 feu doux 35-40 min<\/strong> en remuant de temps en temps.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5.
