Cependant, m\u00eame si certains l\u2019appellent parfois \u00e0 tort \u00ab moutarde japonaise \u00bb, ces deux condiments ne doivent pas \u00eatre confondus, car leurs go\u00fbts diff\u00e8rent beaucoup.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"box-sizing:border-box;font-size:13px;line-height:19px;margin-right:auto;margin-bottom:10px;margin-left:auto;width:340px;max-width:1150px;min-width:230px;text-align:justify;\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"box-sizing:border-box;\">La plante Wasabi est cultiv\u00e9e en milieu humide et ensoleill\u00e9. Une r\u00e9colte de Wasabi n\u00e9cessite 4 ans de culture, d\u2019o\u00f9 sa raret\u00e9 et son prix \u00e9lev\u00e9. Une fois r\u00e9colt\u00e9e, la plante peut \u00eatre vendue enti\u00e8re mais la racine est tr\u00e8s dure, il vous faudra la r\u00e2per \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une r\u00e2pe en peau de requin, ou d\u00e9j\u00e0 r\u00e2p\u00e9e.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"box-sizing:border-box;font-size:13px;line-height:19px;margin-right:auto;margin-bottom:10px;margin-left:auto;width:340px;max-width:1150px;min-width:230px;text-align:justify;\">Il est \u00e0 noter que le cot\u00e9 \u00ab piquant \u00bb de la sauce Wasabi n\u2019est pas pr\u00e9sent originellement dans la plante. Vous pouvez la croquer crue sans sentir cette chaleur mais uniquement une forte amertume.
